So that you continue to receive your mail digitally after a relocation, we recommend the following procedure:
- Inform senders of your new address: Please notify all companies and people from whom you receive mail of your new address. You can use the Swiss Post forwarding order for this and decide whether you want to actively inform your business partners or simply have your mail forwarded. - Deactivate the ScanningService for the old address and update the company data: Before you make the address change for your existing company, first deactivate the ScanningService widget for the previous address. Then enter the new address under Company data and request the verification code. The code is valid for 14 days.
- Verify your new address: Make sure that your new company address has been entered correctly and properly verified.
- Activate the ScanningService for the new address: Once verification is complete, activate the ScanningService widget for your new address in ePost.
