Currently, you cannot manage several addresses within one company account in ePost. If these are different company locations with their own addresses, register each location as a separate company.
How to proceed:
- Log in with your existing login. A new login is not required.
- From your existing company, go to the «Company» menu item and open «Settings».
- Click «Add new company» and register the additional location as a separate company.
- Verify the address of the new company.
- Once verification is complete, separately activate the «ScanningService» widget for this company.
The ScanningService is now active for both locations. Incoming mail is delivered separately to the digital letterbox of the respective company.
Switching between companies: To view the mail of the individual locations, click on your profile or «Switch account» at the top right and select the desired company.
