Yes, provided your association is registered as a business customer with ePost and has a complete, deliverable address. Please note that we do not support the forwarding of association addresses (a Swiss Post product).
As an association, you register as a business customer with ePost and provide a complete address including a street:
Association Street Postcode Town
As a rule, this is the address of the secretariat or the committee.
If you would like to activate the ePost ScanningService for your association, please follow the steps below.
Note: This information applies both to an association address at the domicile and to a P.O. box.
- Association address and mailbox: Your association must have a complete address, including a mailbox. Please label your mailbox with the association name and register it with Swiss Post.
- Active association address: For the ScanningService to work, your association's address must be registered as a deliverable address with Swiss Post. Without a deliverable address, you cannot use the ScanningService. Please note that we do not support the Swiss Post «association address» product.
- Correct sender address: Make sure that the correct address and street of your association are given as the sender in your correspondence. If you have previously used the «association address» product, we recommend a transition period during which you use both the product's association address and the association address valid for ePost on your mailbox. This ensures that no mail is returned to the sender. Items sent to the address of the «association address» product are not forwarded to ePost and are not scanned.
- Association changes: In the event of changes within the association, such as a change of committee or association location, the association must be addressed at the new address. Activate the new address with the ePost ScanningService and inform the association members of the new address. If an association address still exists and you wish to keep it, request a change to this association address so that the new authorised recipient, including the address, can be recorded.
