- Do you receive mail items at the address provided? If not, the address may not be correctly registered with Swiss Post.
- Have you set up a blocking request or a «non-visibility» for this address with Swiss Post? If so, that is precisely what prevents verification by ePost. To resolve this, the address must be made visible to third parties again.
If this address is not registered, we recommend that you contact Swiss Post and have the address activated. It is important that the activation is also visible to third parties. As soon as Swiss Post has activated your address, you can use the ScanningService.
Note: When you contact Swiss Post about this, it does not concern ePost itself or the ScanningService, but solely the registration of your address with Swiss Post so that it is visible to third parties.
