In principle, we scan all documents in standard paper format (A6 to A3).
We cannot process letter contents that are not made of paper but of other materials, such as SIM cards, CDs, USB sticks, plastic cards, ID cards, badges, etc. We forward such contents directly to the recipient.
Nor do we scan letters containing PIN codes, cash, tickets, staff vouchers, cheques and similar contents. These, too, we forward directly to the recipient.
