Check your subscription in the Widget Store as well as your forwarding settings with Swiss Post. This is how you make sure that your ScanningService is active.
In the Widget Store, all activated offers are marked with the status «subscribed». If this overview is not sufficient for you, you can find a selection of your activated widgets under «my Widgets».
How to get to the Widget Store:
- Open the web portal app.epost.ch in your browser and log in with your access details.
- On the home page, click «Get widgets» at the top right.
- Check whether the «ScanningService Business customers» widget is activated.
If the widget is activated, you can check in your Swiss Post profile whether forwarding is active for your address.
Note: This is only possible if you have a login with Swiss Post.
- Log in to the Swiss Post portal post.ch at the top right with your access details.
- In your customer centre, select «all online services» under the favourites.
- Search for the «Forward mail» function and select it.
- Click «cancel». You will then be taken to the service overview.
