No. We cannot scan any letter contents that are not made of paper but of other materials, such as SIM cards, CDs, USB sticks, plastic cards, ID cards or badges.
Nor do we scan letters that contain PIN codes, cash, tickets, staff vouchers or cheques, or that are larger than A3 or smaller than A6 in format.
If the contents of an item cannot or may not be scanned, we forward the item physically to the recipient for CHF 2.50.
