If you find that a letter is not of any particular relevance to you and you do not wish to receive it, no further action is required. We dispose of it in a data-protection-compliant manner after 25 days.
If, on the other hand, you would like the complete item delivered to your address, you can order the original for a fee.
Note: Only documents in preview mode are scanned, provided a scan is possible.
The following documents can be scanned in preview mode:
- Magazines, catalogues and advertising materials
- Paper documents (e.g. vehicle registration document, parking card)
- Invoices with enclosed promotional items (e.g. a notepad)
- Items in envelopes with ordered articles (e.g. pins)
