With the eArchive widget, you can electronically archive your documents in compliance with GeBüV and in an audit-proof manner. In addition, you can manage your digital mail with the eArchive widget and, if necessary, assign access rights to individual users.

Step 3: Activate the «eArchive» widget
You have two options to choose from:
eArchive Basic
With eArchive Basic, you and all users with administrator rights can store and manage documents and digital mail. Access management for individual folders or documents is not possible.
eArchive Plus
With eArchive Plus, you can assign individual permissions to folders or documents and thus restrict access rights for individual users. Company administrators still have access to all documents.
Step 4: Using the upload function, you can upload not only digital mail but also locally stored documents to your eArchive.
