How do I stop automatic synchronisation in eArchiv?

You stop the automatic synchronisation of accounting documents directly in eArchiv.

Note: After you confirm, all accounting documents that have already been transferred will be deleted. From that point on, we will no longer synchronise any new documents with eArchiv.

1. In eArchiv, open the folder bearing the name of your company.
2. Click the «Stop synchronisation» button at the top right.
3. Confirm that you would like to deactivate synchronisation.
