You can export your data from the eArchiv as an encrypted ZIP file.
- Request your data using the «Data export» function. To do so, click the corresponding icon.
- Set a password.
- As soon as your data is ready for download as a ZIP file, we will send you an e-mail with the download link.
The ZIP file is encrypted with your password. This keeps your data protected even after the export. The file contains your entire eArchiv as well as the transaction data for each document. The e-mail with the download link may therefore take some time to arrive.
Note: The export can then be downloaded via the link for 14 days.
