Can I import an existing archive into eArchiv?

Yes. You can upload your locally stored documents into your eArchiv. This is also possible using drag & drop.

Here is how to proceed:

1. Select «eArchiv» from the menu. In the dashboard, an empty field with a plus icon and the label «Upload documents» appears.
2. Add your documents from local storage using drag & drop, or select the files directly via the button. The common file formats are supported.
3. If you have already selected the desired target folder before clicking «Upload documents», the files are uploaded directly into that folder.
4. Alternatively, you can upload a document afterwards and then move it to the desired folder.

Please note: Only individual documents can be uploaded at a time. Importing entire folder structures is not possible.
