How can I verify my company in the ePost test environment?

To verify your company in the ePost test environment, first request a verification code and then complete the verification.

Requesting a verification code

  1. Open the test environment at http://test.klara-epost.tech.
  2. Log in with the access details of your sender account.
  3. Click on Verify company.
  4. Select Order code.
  5. Then send an e-mail to support.enterprise@epostservice.ch with the following details:
  • Company name
  • Company address
  • User name (e-mail address used during registration)
  1. Once we have checked your request, you will receive the verification code by e-mail.

Note: In the test environment, we do not send a verification code by post.

Hello,

I am currently onboarding myself to the ePost TEST environment and need a verification code for my tenant.

It concerns the following tenant:

Company Name: Example AG
Company Address: Teststrasse 1, 1001 Fribourg
User Name: hans.muster@epost.ch

Verifying your company

  1. Log in again at http://test.klara-epost.tech.
  2. Click on Verification pending.
  3. Enter the verification code you received.
  4. Click on Done to complete the verification.

Once you have successfully entered the verification code, your company is verified in the test environment and you can use the available functions.
