How can I change my e-mail address in ePost?

You cannot change your e-mail address, which serves as the user name for your ePost account, directly. Instead, the change is made via a short workaround.

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Register a new e-mail: Create a new user account with the new e-mail address you want.
2. Log in with the old e-mail: Log in with your current (old) e-mail address.
3. Open the user settings: Go to the user settings.
4. Add the new e-mail with administrator rights: Add the new e-mail address as an administrator.
5. Log in with the new e-mail: Now log in with the new e-mail address.
6. Remove the old e-mail: Remove the old e-mail address from the user settings.
7. Delete the old e-mail (optional): If you wish, you can permanently delete your old account. To do so, follow the steps in the article Delete account.

As the e-mail address is also your user name, the change is made indirectly by creating a new account and removing the old one.
