Yes. As a KLARA business customer, you access the digital letterbox directly via your KLARA dashboard.
To do this, you must have verified your company in KLARA. If you have not yet done so, carry out the verification via the «Company» menu item. You will need an authentication code for this. It is a security code used to verify your account. You will receive it by post; it usually arrives within 3 to 5 working days. Each time you request a new code, the previous one becomes invalid.
Once verification is successful, you activate the digital letterbox in the Widget Store or use it directly via the KLARA dashboard.

- Click the «Digital letterbox» menu item.
- Accept our terms and conditions and activate the «Digital letterbox» widget.

Extend the service:
- ScanningService: Additionally activate the «ScanningService» widget in the Widget Store. This means that mail delivered to your company address is also digitised and made available to you digitally in KLARA.
- eArchiv: For archiving your documents.
