How do I activate the receipt of digital letters for my company?

This article applies to business customers. To receive items digitally, set up your digital letterbox and activate sender activation.

1. Register as a business customer and set up your digital letterbox. You can read how registration works here: How do I register with ePost?
2. In the web portal (app.epost.ch), activate the «Digital letterbox» area. On the home page, you can click «Get widgets» at the top right and then activate the widget free of charge.
3. Open the digital letterbox and, under «Settings» (the cog icon at the top right), activate the «Sender activation» switch. This must be activated in order to receive digital letters. Using the «Notifications» tile in the same view, you can optionally set up an email notification so that you don't miss any digital business mail.
