How do I activate email notifications for new mail?

In the settings of your digital letterbox, you activate email notifications. We will then inform you automatically whenever new digital items arrive for you.

Here is how to set up notifications:

1. In the web portal (app.epost.ch), open the digital letterbox via the navigation on the left.
2. Click «Settings» (the cog icon), scroll down and tap the «Notifications» tile.
3. Activate the «Send me an email notification» toggle.
4. In the «Where should we send the email notification?» field, enter your email address.
5. Click «Save».
