We offer the service on a monthly basis. You can terminate it at the end of the following month.
Here is how to terminate the ePost ScanningService:
- Log in to the web portal app.epost.ch.
- In the top right, go to «Get widgets» > «My widgets».
- Select the service and confirm the deactivation by clicking «Log out» (red button).
At the time of deactivation, we end the forwarding order with Swiss Post (NSA). It is stopped within 2-3 days. From that point on, Swiss Post again delivers your mailings physically to the original postal address.
The post received in ePost up to that point remains available there. Within the specified ordering period of 25 days, you can request the original for a fee of CHF 5.- including postage.
We invoice up to and including the end of the month following the deactivation.
