As a Business customer of KLARA, you have the opportunity to access the Digital Mailbox directly through your KLARA Dashboard.
To enable this feature, it is essential that your company is verified within KLARA. If you have not completed this verification, please do so via the "Company" section.

Once verification is successfully completed, you may activate the Digital Mailbox either through the Widget Store or directly from the KLARA dashboard.
Please follow the guide below:
Step 1: Select the Digital Mailbox section.
Step 2: Accept the terms and conditions and activate the Digital Mailbox widget.
Upon activation, you will receive mail from certain senders at no cost.

To enhance the service, you may also activate the "Scanning Service" widget available in the Widget Store, which scans mail delivered to your company address.
This allows you to have your mail digitized within KLARA.
For document archiving, you have access to the "eArchive" widget.
