In the sent iLetter, under three tabs.
Overview. Progress across three stages: Recipients, Letter delivered, Responded, each displayed as a number and a percentage. Below, you can see how many people reached each page and the responses received for each question.
Responses. The list of individual people with their response status, for example “Pending”. You can search the list, filter by status, sort (“Newest first”) and filter by individual responses. Clicking on a name shows that person’s delivery status, opening and interaction.
Integrations. Here you can see whether responses have been forwarded to your system and where they were sent. The dashboard already shows the response rate for each iLetter, for example “1/1 responded (100%)”. For confidential sending, responses are not linked to individual people. You can export all responses as Excel or JSON via the three-dot menu.
