How can I verify my company in the test environment?

To verify your company in the ePost test environment, you must first request a verification code and then complete the verification process.

Request a verification code

1. Open the test environment at http://test.klara-epost.tech.
2. Sign in using your sender account credentials.
3. Click Verify Company.
4. Select Request Code.

Note: No verification code is sent by postal mail in the test environment.

5. Send an email to support.enterprise@epostservice.ch with the following information:
   • Company name
   • Company address
   • Username (email address used during registration)

Hello,

I am currently onboarding myself to the ePost TEST environment and need a verification code for my tenant.

It concerns the following tenant:

Company Name: Example AG
Company Address: Teststrasse 1, 1001 Fribourg
User Name: hans.muster@epost.ch

6. You will then receive the verification code by email.

Verify your company

1. Sign in again at http://test.klara-epost.tech.
2. Click Verification Pending.
3. Enter the verification code you received.
4. Click Finish to complete the verification.

Once the verification has been completed successfully, you can use the test environment without restrictions.
