You can easily view and manage your active subscriptions in ePost via «Get widgets» > «My widgets».
How to proceed:
- Log in to your account: Log in to the app.epost.ch web portal with your access details.
- Open the «My widgets» area: Navigate to the «My widgets» section.
- View the overview of active widgets: Here you can see a list of all widgets that you have activated. This overview also shows you which subscriptions are currently active.
- Check the charges: Next to the activated widgets, you can see the corresponding costs that we charge you for each widget.
- Manage subscriptions: In this overview, you can deactivate widgets or add new ones. Please note: deactivating a widget also ends the associated service.
Note: You can manage your subscriptions directly in the «My widgets» area. Changes take effect immediately on your current subscriptions and costs.
