Access rights enable you to safeguard your documents by configuring permissions within the detail view. You can view which users have access to each document.
If no lock icon is present, the document is accessible to all users.
Under the "Manage Access Rights" section, you can review and modify all current permissions.
To grant access rights to another user, click on the E-mail or Name field and select the individual(s) from the dropdown list.
Within the "Users" section, you may add additional users from your organization, who will then be automatically included in the selection list for assigning access rights.
