The service operates on a monthly subscription basis and may be terminated at the end of the subsequent month. Termination must be carried out via the Widget Store (app.epost.ch or app.klara.ch), where the customer deactivates the widget. Deactivation will simultaneously terminate Swiss Post forwarding orders, which will cease within 2-3 days. Consequently, from that date onward, your mail will be delivered in physical form to your postal address and will no longer be available in ePost. Mail received in ePost prior to deactivation will remain accessible. Originals can still be requested for a fee of CHF 5.00, including postage, within the specified order period of 25 days. Billing will continue until the end of the month following deactivation.
