You can deactivate the eArchiv widget with a notice period of 30 days.
- Log in to ePost (web portal app.epost.ch).
- In the top right, under «Get widgets» > «My widgets», select the relevant service.
- Confirm the deactivation by clicking «Log out» (red button).
This ends your subscription at the earliest possible date.
Note: In the event of deactivation, we permanently delete your data within 30 days. To avoid data loss, please export your data within the 30-day period.
